A DIALOGUE BETWEEN TWO FRIENDS

A DIALOGUE BETWEEN TWO FRIENDS – illusion or reality

I slowly approached the house along the pathway. As a building contractor, I was intrigued by its design. The house featured a post-modern style with a flat roof. It sat amid a lovely garden, where I spotted a charming Gazebo in a corner and a Koi pond nearby. I also noticed the beautiful flower arrangements flanking the pathway to the front door, which suggested that Alan’s wife likely loves nature.

I rang the doorbell, reminiscing about how Alan once stood at my door many years ago. Since then, many events had unfolded, causing some friction between us. I hoped to clear up the misunderstandings out of love, which was my only reason for knocking today.

The door opened to reveal Alan, whom I hadn’t seen in about 10 years, but he looked largely the same. Perhaps a bit more weight around the waist, or maybe or did I see some grey hairs appearing? After greeting me with a big smile and exchanging hugs, he headed to his office while I sat down in a comfortable chair.

“You like some coffee John, or something else maybe?”

“I would love some coffee, Alan. You know me. I never say no to a good cup of Dutch coffee.”

As Alan went to get the coffee, I remembered his first visit to my front door years ago. I had recently emigrated from South Africa, where I had lived for 18 years. Though I was an entrepreneur with several businesses in town, I yearned for a deeper spiritual connection. When I couldn’t find a church that suited me, I chose to start my own, independent of any denomination.

That time he knocked on my door marked our first meeting. He visited after hearing unusual things about me and our church, curious to hear more. I welcomed him inside, and we quickly became friends, sharing many good moments once he joined our church.

He had become a well-known lawyer and, as far as I could tell, quite successful.

After approximately 12 years living in Holland, we closed our business and church and moved back to South Africa. There, I started another business and continued my research into spiritual topics. I created a website and began writing articles, which I shared with friends and colleagues, including Alan.

After returning with coffee and biscuits and chatting about family and kids, Alan decided to address the main point. He asked about the changes in my life. Upon reviewing my articles, he became quite upset with me at one point, believing I was losing my way and becoming a backslider—at least, that’s how he perceived it. He had sent me numerous emails in an attempt to bring me back into the religious community, but without success. When he learned I was visiting my family and friends in Holland, he reached out and arranged this meeting.

Alan said, “Well, John, we’ve exchanged emails a few times, and you know we disagreed on many aspects of your spiritual views. But what truly happened to cause such a drastic change in you? I even thought you were losing it.”

Well Alan, it didn’t happen abruptly as you describe; it was more of a series of events, or perhaps better termed a series of “awakenings.” I believe that’s a more fitting word. Some refer to it as a ‘conscious awareness’ of spiritual matters.

“What do you mean by this ‘awakening’? Are you referring to waking up in the morning after a night’s sleep?” “No, I mean the awakening of the spirit man, the true you. When you wake from sleep, it’s your body and mind that become physically aware of your surroundings. But when your true self awakens, you’re reaching a spiritual awareness of truths that have always been present but remained dormant. This awakening reflects a realization of truths I had been contemplating for many years.”

Remember, Alan, you were always curious about my unusual ways of applying the Word of God. I could also be quite “dogmatic” in my approach to the Word of God in many respects.

Yes, I remember and I am still charmed. That’s why I asked you to come over and discuss your different viewpoints as friends, because I don’t usually hear them in our Christian circles. Writing and mailing didn’t work for me; I need a clearer explanation.

Let me tell you a little more about myself first, so you understand why I chose that path.

As a child, I remember rebelling against things I couldn’t recognize as true. I couldn’t quite understand why I did it, but I sensed something inside me that challenged what I heard in school or from my parents. I often pushed back against these ideas without any effect. This pattern was also present in church circles. Now, I better understand WHY I behaved this way, thanks to the ‘awakenings’ I mentioned earlier.

I’ve realized that laws, rules, and dogmas aren’t always the absolute truth. I believe in obeying rules primarily for safety. For example, imagine I approach a four-way stop. The rule is to stop, and the first vehicle to stop gets to go first. Today, I come to this intersection late at night, and there are no other cars around, not even far away. So, I proceed slowly without stopping. Was I actually breaking the law?

“Yes, you broke the law by failing to stop.” I am a lawyer and can explain what the law says in such cases.

“Yes, I admit I broke the law, but I did not violate the truth. The fact remains that I was able to drive safely without causing harm. That is the TRUTH. Please remember this when I explain further.”

“Let me ask you, Alan, do you believe that God created Man and created him in His own image?”

“Yes, I certainly believe so and always have believed this to be the truth.”

“The next question is, can anybody be above His creator?”

“No, that is impossible, John.”

Okay, we’ve established a truth both of us believe that Man is a creator, since he was created in God’s image.

“Yes, I can go with that. Man can create things.”

“Now, for a long time Man created beautiful things, but there came a time they also created governments, and government created laws, rules and regulations. Now the question comes again, can this law that Man created be above their creators?”

Alan, being a lawyer, was careful in answering me on this one. He chose his words carefully.

That’s a difficult question. Saying ‘yes’ implies I could be above my Creator, which is impossible. Saying ‘no’ means I wouldn’t be under the law, yet that would place me above the law. The dilemma is unresolved.

Actually, you do, because it is Man who created that law. The law can never surpass its creator, which is Man. But haven’t we brought this situation upon ourselves? We chose to make rules and then follow them. Isn’t that absurd? We could have simply been guided by love and goodness. Why did we do such a thing? How did we end up in this position where we made things and then became slaves to what we created?

Yes, I agree, this may sound silly, but laws are now essential. What if everyone simply did whatever they liked? Wouldn’t that lead to chaos?

You are correct; abolishing all laws would lead to chaos and conflict. However, we should begin by investigating how we arrived at this point. Perhaps we can return to our original, pure ways—our genesis—reflecting how God created us from the start. While we might not be able to alter the rules, we can be the start of this transformation.

“I really have never thought about this. But now you mention this, it sounds strange. But how do you think we landed here, John.”

“There is a simple answer for this. WE HAVE FORGOTTEN WHO WE ARE! We have forgotten that we are created in His image, sons of God. In that, we have forgotten that we are the MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE! Created by a loving Father to become gods on the earth and co-create with Him on this beautiful earth. Like the story of Adam and Eve, they wanted to be “like God but had forgotten that they already WERE gods.

“What do you mean, forgotten, Master of the Universe? Are you crazy? I know exactly who I am. I am Alan Fable, born in 1966 and raised by my parents in Edson. I attended one of the country’s top universities, studied law, and am highly skilled in my profession. I know who I am.”

Calm down, Alan. What you’re discussing isn’t your true self, but rather your self-image—an illusion you’ve built. You believe in this image, and when someone says it’s not real, you become upset. Let me tell you something that is true;

“People don’t want to hear the truth because they don’t want their illusions destroyed.”

“Are you also one like that, Alan? Don’t you want to hear the truth?”

“Okay, John, maybe you are right, but I need to think this through. Who is the real me, and how do I get in touch with my real self?”

“Maybe your real Man is still dormant. You are sleeping, but can be awakened if you really want to. Don’t you know what your own Bible tells about this? “Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”

“So you are saying that if I don’t awaken, I am still dead? I don’t understand this.”

Many people are spiritually asleep and need awakening to true spiritual life. While most have a religion, it is merely a “form” of godliness and not the full truth. When your inner self is awakened, you no longer need external help or religion; all the answers lie within you. Remember, you were created in God’s image, are sovereign, and a divine being. God has given each person a part of Himself that resides inside. It is your choice whether to listen to that inner voice or the voice in your mind. God grants everyone free will and has never taken it away.

Wow, John, I’ve never thought of myself as being ‘dead’ to spiritual matters. I felt God’s presence during the services and heard His voice. I love God and worship Him sincerely. When I sing, I do it wholeheartedly. What should I make of all this?

Listen to me, Alan. I know you are sincere; that’s why I am here today. This may sound strange—like it did for me when I first understood it. When are we truly alive to God? It could all still be part of a religious act. Am I a fully realized man if I don’t tap into my inner self? We need to be quieter and more reflective, because thought is the most powerful energy we receive from God. Everything was created first through a THOUGHT. Thoughts are tangible, as scientists have shown. Remember what you learned in Bible school: “Now faith is the substance (material) of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

I understand this may take time to consider, but I will provide an example from God’s creation. You can then reflect on it and assess what you take away.

“Okay, let’s hear it”

“Someone said once, and I quote, ‘…that the truth lies within you—as does all the power you will ever need to change the direction of your life and the course of human history.

“Wow, that is strong medicine, don’t you think so? This person has understood that all truth and power lie within you to change even your own destiny. I totally agree with that, but I also realize that it takes time to renew your mind.”

Here’s an example from nature. When God created an apple seed, He imbued it with all the knowledge needed to grow, produce, and reproduce. As soon as the seed touches the earth, it instinctively knows which nutrients and juices to extract. It is also connected to the Universe, receiving information about the seasons. It knows when spring arrives, blossoms, and bears fruit in summer. The fruit doesn’t ripen all at once but in stages. Additionally, it produces new seeds for reproduction. This process has allowed the apple to survive for millions of years, and it will continue to do so unless humans intervene through manipulation. But that’s a different story.

“Now, dear Alan, do you believe that the God who made Man, His greatest creation, has not endowed him with the same innate knowledge from the very beginning to grow, create, and reproduce?” Considering otherwise would be disastrous. Man was meant to be productive and multiply; to fill the earth and dominate it. To govern the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and every living creature that moves on the ground.”

“Yes, I know the Bible teaches us that, but is that not what we are doing?”

No, we no longer follow that path. Our focus is on destroying the Earth. Instead of ruling and subduing it, we’re engaged in conflict with each other, harming the planet and taking its valuable resources, which are essential for maintaining harmony between Earth and Man. I don’t believe this aligns with God’s plan. His intention was for Man to be the master of the universe. We were meant to be rulers, but now we act as mere servants.

John, I’ve always admired and looked up to you, especially when you led our church. You even had a Bible School, and I was one of your favorite students. I was saddened when you closed the church; I never understood why. I also missed your leaving the country again. However, what truly shocked me was reading that you said, “I have no more religion” a few years later. I couldn’t understand or accept that, as it upset me. After everything we shared and all the books you’ve written on Christian principles and doctrines, I find it hard to believe you’ve just abandoned it all.

I am not dismissing anything, Alan; I simply changed my perspective on the interpretation of law and my loving Father. You may recall that in the past I occasionally made shocking statements to highlight certain truths. I did the same this time. If you had read the article carefully, you would see I meant, ‘I don’t follow denominations anymore.’ Also, if I may offer some advice, I value your friendship and respect, but please avoid looking up to people. We are all created equal and share the same worth. Respecting others is fine, but idolizing someone else diminishes your own worth, and that is not how God intended you to be. You are a Master of the Universe, and that means you should not place others above yourself.

Regarding your question about believing in God, I no longer just believe—I KNOW God. He is my ever-present heavenly Father. The same applies to Jesus; He is a treasured Person whose teachings I listen to, but I no longer adhere to man-made doctrines about Him. Jesus came to free the captives, which suggests that people were somehow held captive—perhaps prisoners of religious mind-sets.

Should I call Him ‘Lord’? Not really, because calling Him ‘Lord’ can make me feel subordinate, which isn’t what God intended for us. Jesus never asked people to address Him as ‘Lord’. I respect Jesus Christ greatly, but He doesn’t seek to rule over us. So, how should I see Him? As my Brother and Friend, sharing the same Father. That is my personal view. Of course, He doesn’t mind if you call Him ‘Lord’; His love is unconditional and extends to all people.

“Do I worship the Father? That depends on what you mean by worship. If you mean kneeling before Him—that, no, I don’t. I used to do that, but it never felt right, and once I became more aware of these things, I stopped long ago.” Still, I do LOVE Him.

“So, you mean you never call Jesus Lord or God?” It seems you no longer worship God. That’s surprising, given that I remember you even wrote a book about worship.

Yes, I authored a book on worship about 20 years ago. While I would like to revise many parts, it also contains a lot of truth. I discussed how wrong it is to worship God merely through singing in church. Even then, I saw this as inadequate. The book focused on worshiping “in spirit and in truth.” As you recall, we also experienced many blessed church services where we enjoyed ourselves, tried new things, made music, and worshiped in the spirit, as we called it at the time.

Yes, I remember that quite well. We truly enjoyed those times. Sometimes we would spend a few hours just making music during services, then relax with fellowship or play volleyball together. It was really fun, and I miss that kind of fellowship.

Who prevents you from having fellowship like that again? I am not opposed to the church or gatherings of people sharing the same faith. Collectively, we can work to make the world a better place. I just no longer identify as a Christian, because I don’t belong to any specific faith or denomination. I was born a free man and wish to remain so, without being dictated to about what to do or not.

Listen carefully, Alan. I recently heard a teaching from a highly respected ministry influential in the Christian community about ‘being a slave of Christ.’ I believe this is completely mistaken. We are not ‘slaves’ or even ‘servants’ of Christ. Such doctrines prevent Christians from truly becoming the sons of God and lead to disappointment and unhappiness. Do you understand why Jesus aimed to free His followers from this kind of religious nonsense?

I don’t believe God created us to worship Him, as He does not have an ego that needs that. My wife and I co-created our children; I wouldn’t want them to kneel and worship me or her—that would be terrible. Why do we think differently about our heavenly Father? God doesn’t want worship from us; He wants us to BE LIKE HIM. Being like Him means respecting His creation and loving it. He desires us to be like gods on earth and to co-create with Him in this magnificent paradise. Even Jesus acknowledged that we are all gods.

That said, I recognize we don’t actually ‘ACT’ like gods at this point. It has become very difficult because we have forgotten HOW to be gods on earth. In reality, we have all become slaves.

What do you mean by “slaves?” I am not a slave but a free man. I run my own business and am my own boss. No one dictates my actions. I am married to a wonderful woman and have two children. I own a nice house and owe nothing to anyone. I am a free man.

I understand your point. Now, imagine you face financial difficulties one day and can’t pay your taxes. Let’s consider who has ownership of your house if you fail to pay the government what they claim is owed. If you can’t pay in money, they’ll assess your property instead. They will sell your property until their debt is satisfied. In this scenario, who is free, and who owns what?

“Yeah, but that won’t happen to me!” I think I’m too smart for that, I understand the law and know how to handle it.

Well, dear Alan, I consider myself clever too, and I experienced this when I was around 40. I couldn’t pay my taxes to the government, so they sold my houses, including the one my family and I lived in, leaving us with nothing. I had no work and no money. After missing three months of rent payments, I was evicted. I had to stay with my brother in another city until I found work again. Must I tell you what hell I went through, and now you say we are free?

I understand, John, that must have been a terrible experience for you and your wife to go through.”

I don’t believe you understand, since you haven’t experienced this. Not only my wife and I, but also my children went through it. But don’t worry, I now know how to live my life.

I could discuss this with you at length, but I prefer not to dwell on it anymore. It’s behind me now, and I’ve taken control to ensure no one hurts me or my family again. Never again! No government or law is above me; I follow God’s laws written in my heart above all human laws. I am gradually distancing myself from this corrupted system of the world, which I believe is not of God. I am committed to living by His principles of love and compassion. While I may not be able to change the entire system, I believe I can be the starting point for that change.

It was quiet in the room for a while until Alan broke the silence.

“Another cup of coffee, John. I am sure you can use another one.”

“Sure, Alan, thanks.”

After Alan poured another cup, he asks, “Tell me, John, how has your thinking about the Bible changed? The way you speak and write about it now is totally different from before. Is this because you’ve adopted a different doctrine or listened to other teachers?”

“No more doctrines or teachers, Alan. My doubts about the Bible always lingered questions I couldn’t resolve, even during my time running a church. I sensed something was off, but I couldn’t identify it. Eventually, persistent questions led me to an answer, which profoundly transformed my life forever once I understood”.

“My love for my heavenly Father and His creation has only grown stronger; I now understand Him more fully, and my affection deepens. I am truly grateful for life and the beautiful Earth we’ve been given to care for and improve. I am committed to doing my best to restore the earth to its original splendor and often feel emotional when I think about what we’ve done to His beautiful creation. Still, I believe He trusts His people completely to bring things back to their pristine condition”.

“Your entire perspective on the Bible and your faith has shifted significantly. Did you receive your answer from someone else, or was it through a prophetic word? Initially, I thought you might have been influenced by ‘New Age’ teachings. How did this insight come to you, and what questions did you have in mind?”

The insight didn’t arrive through a person, prophetic statement, or ‘New Age” teachings; I have no connection to those, though they might also contain truth. It didn’t happen suddenly but was a gradual process—one of awakening that began early in my life. Reflecting on this, it’s exhilarating to realize how I became truly aware of my identity and the purpose behind the Bible.

Since I can remember, I’ve had two main questions, which many others might also share. The first is: although the Bible states that God is not a “respecter of persons,” how could He choose the people of Israel for Himself and elevate them above others? This seems contradictory.

The second question is, since the Bible teaches that God is a God of love, how can He command His “special chosen people” to destroy entire villages? To kill everyone—mothers, children, babies, and livestock? Can that be considered love?

I recognize that could upset you, and I’ve been considering it myself. But wasn’t there a divine purpose behind it? Weren’t those individuals heathen, worshiping different gods? Didn’t God have the authority to punish them?

“My answer to that question is, if God has given all freedom to Man, to subdue the earth, to do with it that we like, to co-create with Him, how can He then take that back? Is God a liar that He comes back on His word?” And really, who is a Heathen? Do you mean to tell me that all the billions of people that lived before Christ came are all lost? That my dear friend is hogwash. Those heathens also had truth that led them to lead a happy and fulfilled life.”

“No, I believe God would never lie. But didn’t He say not to take from the tree, warning of punishment if they did?”

“Ah, that’s a good question. But how can you be sure our heavenly Father truly said that? This question had been bothering me for a long time until I read an article by someone who viewed things differently. I began talking to her and grew to love her deeply. She revealed insights that overwhelmed me, making me doubt if this could really be the truth.”

‘What was she revealing to you?’

The ‘Lord God’ mentioned in Genesis 2 was not the Father God, but His created being, MAN—meaning us.

“What? Are you saying that the Lord God is different from our Creator God? Now you’re really crossing the line, John.”

‘Yes, that was her suggestion. But it was only after new revelations became clear to me that I started my own research”.

‘But I initially rejected it because my system was still deeply rooted in religion. I couldn’t accept this; it felt impossible, like a lie. How could this be true? Throughout my life, I had read the word of God, which says that the Bible is not interpreted correctly. I needed to let this idea settle and was determined to explore this further”.

“Honestly, John, this surprises me as well. It suggests we might need to interpret the Bible in a completely new way. What else did you find out?

I’ve researched various ancient texts and books that the so-called “church” banned. Truth remains the same regardless of its source, so I read them all. I also explored the Gospel of Thomas, which offers new insights into who Jesus Christ was and what He said and did with His disciples.”

“Jesus said, “Let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule over the All.” I, too, continued seeking until I found.

“Then one day I came across a series of books (Ringing Cedar series) that shed even more light on this and, in fact, confirmed what I was beginning to believe was true. This truth did not come from a person but was revealed by my inner man, who was being awakened.”

“I hope you believe this, Alan. I believe that when God created Man, He embedded within him all the truth of the Universe. Just as this small apple seed inherently knows its purpose, man also knows deep inside what is true and what is false. However, we must not become complacent; we need to actively seek this truth until we discover it”.

“I found that the only thing I could trust in life was my own inner self, not anyone else. The one that was not spoiled by my fleshly mind. Now, when I read the Bible, I read it with my inner man and let him do the talking. I do not allow the doctrines of Man to guide me anymore, because they can be false and may be built on a wrong interpretation of what is truth.”

“So, you no longer believe in the Bible’s truth. Have you abandoned it?”

“I sincerely believe that whatever is written in the Bible is true concerning its history. Everything you read there really happened. What I can’t accept anymore is the interpretation of Man as completely true. I don’t accept the doctrines of Man anymore, concerning these things.”

“There is a saying in today’s world, “If you want the real truth exposed, follow the money!” So, whatever you read, even in the Bible, always think . . . who is getting better of it?”

But John, what is that based on? How can you claim that the ‘Lord God’ isn’t also the Father God? I don’t believe that yet, but if it were true, most churches would likely reject your statement since they all hold their faith in the Lord God.

“You are correct; today, most churches reject this truth, and even you have issues with it. For me, it’s straightforward now, but it wasn’t always. I initially struggled with the idea and understood that it stemmed from the indoctrination I received from man. This belief was so deeply ingrained in my subconscious that it was hard to move past. I needed to let go first before I could accept the new insights from my inner self, which I now see as the Divine within me. It’s like a computer filled to capacity; nothing more can be added until I unload it first. Essentially, I had to free myself from a religious mindset and replace it with rational, logical thinking”.

“So that is what you did, using logic? You wrote to me once about Genesis, and I did not understand it very well. Can you tell me again what you discovered in Genesis that made you think so differently today?”

“It is between Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 where it all began for me. In Genesis 1, we read about how God created the Earth, man, and all other creation. In the end, He said it is good. He even said, ‘It is very good’.

“Yes, I believe that is written. God created a PERFECT world”

“Now tell me, Alan, do you believe that when God the Creator does something or creates something, it is good the first time?”

“Yes, I believe that, John. I don’t think the Almighty God needs to prove Himself first; He can do things once and for all, and they are perfect. I don’t believe He makes mistakes that need to be corrected later. What He has done is perfect because He is a Perfect God. I also believe He has given us all the power to help build His Paradise on earth”.

“Okay, so we have established that God is true, not a liar, that He creates only once, and that He has given Man all power to co-create with Him.”

“But Alan, before I tell you about my revelation concerning the Lord God, may I tell you who this newly created majestic Man really was?” I made a note of that from Ezekiel and have it in my bag. I shall read it to you. Many would call this a description of the devil, but again, you see how wrong interpretation can be. This clearly describes Man. ‘You have been in Eden, the garden of God.’”

“Look at Adam, how this majestic Man lived on the earth, full of glory, full of power and love. He was given everything that pertained to life and godliness. He was in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was his covering: the Sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold. The workmanship of his taborets and of his pipes was prepared in him on the day he was created. ALL these things were originally created in him. How magnificent! He was like a splendid Tree above all other trees, even “The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him; nor was any tree in the garden of God like unto him in his beauty. God had made him fair by the multitude of his branches, so that all the trees of Eden that were in the garden of God envied him.”

This majestic creature was instructed by his Father God to dominate the earth, to assign names (nature) to animals, and to govern them (not humans), which he accomplished excellently during his time—possibly spanning hundreds of years, though that’s uncertain. He played with the animals, discovering their strengths and weaknesses, and knew exactly where to place them for use. Animals and plants were created to assist humans, and they long for the love of mankind, who carries the light of grace. When we love them, reflecting God’s thoughts, they respond by offering healing powers and nutrients essential for our health. An animal will do anything for a simple gesture of affection because Man is the superior being on earth, instinctively understanding this. Adam played with the lion, rolling on the ground as we do with our cats or dogs. In those days, nature was not ‘wild’ but in harmony with Man and the Universe. It only changed when Man began thinking independently.

“Now Alan, we don’t know how long Man was in harmony with God’s creation before a change of the whole set-up came into being that changed the whole world.”

“Let us examine what occurred AFTER everything was created and established. After Man corrupted his paradise and made other things beyond the original plan of the Creator, we see in Genesis 2 that “The Lord God” altered some aspects of His creation. Why would He do that if everything was initially perfect?”

“I think that was because Adam sinned, is it not?”

“Not quite the way you’re thinking, Alan. The ‘Lord God’ (Man) began making changes before we reached the Tree of Knowledge”.

Suddenly, in Genesis 2, we observe the “Lord God” arriving and altering the course of creation. He seems to create a version of the earth that appears to contrast with what Father God originally intended. For instance, Father God declared everything was good, but then the Lord God states that it is not good for Man to be alone. He also planted a new tree in the Garden and set new laws, like not eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, which Father God never established. In Genesis 1, God never issued any laws to Man—His instructions were simply to replenish the earth and subdue it. Do you agree with this, Alan?”

“Well yes, that is true, the Lord God did indeed starting to create again in Genesis 2, I never thought about it that way. I thought it was just part of creation. But he really started all over again. I never heard anybody preach on those things in church either. But, if what you say is true, then Man also can never sin against something that was not there in the first place. Because that evil tree was designed by the Lord God? This is amazing.”

I understand your amazement, Alan, but isn’t all of this written in your Bible? Can you see why the voice of God in our inner being is needed to understand it?

“I still can’t understand all of this, but yes, we certainly do, carry on.”

“Man has the ability to go against God’s original design, as he has been given complete freedom to act as he wishes. Perhaps at some point, man chose to follow his own mind rather than the inner witness of things, his inner man. By doing so, he created a new world for himself, which led to many problems and the consequences of walking in darkness across generations. Today, there are two worlds: the Natural World created by God and the Artificial World made by man. Ultimately, it is your choice which world you prefer to live in”.

“So, if I am correct, you are saying that Man never sinned because of eating of the forbidden fruit, but because he followed his own mind and started creating an illusionary world for himself? To become an important man, to become god-like, while he had forgotten that he was already god, as you say, a master of the Universe?”

“Is it possible that using his own mind was the forbidden fruit? I noticed that the “Lord God” was responsible for many wrongdoings, which led me to see the Bible from a new angle. I now believe that the curses in Genesis are not from my loving Father. I perceive that He loves us all and would NEVER curse or punish us. Food and necessities are given freely by my Father to everyone; it is only Man who has placed a price on them”.

Women don’t have to experience pain and agony during childbirth. My wife demonstrated this by giving birth to her last child without any pain or suffering. This happened 35 years ago, and you can ask her directly”.

“Are you sure, did she feel no pain at all?”

“No, she did not experience any pain. She inquired with her Father, and it truly occurred. However, at that time, we lacked full understanding of these matters, as I am explaining to you now.”

“Amazing, I have never heard of that before”

Today, I understand that it was the Lord God who instructed Moses to act. He told Moses that these people were chosen and that He would grant them a special promised land. Moses possessed great power and could easily convince others to believe in Him. He was capable of performing miracles never seen before.

“Observe the miracles Moses performed before the Egyptian priests. Although Moses was a priest himself, he was competing with other priests vying for influence. It wasn’t the Pharaoh he was contesting but the priests who held the real power in Egypt at the time. Victory went to the one with the most authority, and everyone knows that Moses, supported by the Lord God, wielded the greatest power”.

“I really have trouble believing that John, you really seem to take this out of proportion and I need to think about this.”

“But remember Alan, Is it not the Lord God Himself that said somewhere in the Bible, “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things”. This is what the Lord God said of Himself. This dear Alan, could never have been MY HEAVENLY FATHER SPEAKING! He made everything perfect and loved Man, the pinnacle of His creation, and would never order them to kill one another, NEVER!”

“I realize this is as shocking to you as it was to me when I discovered the truth. It completely contradicts what we heard in Sunday School. It is a long story, Alan, and I will need many more days to explain everything to you in detail, but I don’t really have to, because you will find all the answers within you if you allow that. Just think about this. Be quiet and let the truth sink in, and you will receive your own answers. I can promise you that if you do that, you will receive them.”

“Yes, this is shocking to me, I just can’t believe this. If this is true, I have been led around the bush all those years. I really need time to think about this, before I am believing this to be the truth.”

“I understand, Alan, but this was also the beginning for me, when I started seeing things WITH THE EYES OF MY INNER MAN. It took me many more years to change my mind-set. I used to be dogmatic and had a religious mind-set that had to be replaced with an open one. Open to reality, open to what is real and what is an illusion. Now you may realize why I am not following any religion anymore. Oh, I am not there yet, but I thank my Father every day for new awakenings.”

We have built a technocratic world that harms Mother Earth, a living being harmed by our actions. We drill into her veins to extract gold and black gold, and sometimes Mother Earth responds, not out of anger but because she can’t hold back the hurt it feels, spewing fire and shaking in pain over what we do to her”.

“We call this PROGRESS, but is it truly progress? Our rivers no longer have drinkable water. We breathe polluted air from our technocratic society, and while factories continue to release waste and toxins, we persist in fighting wars over religion—debating who is right and wrong. If you want to change the world, start with yourself. That’s what I am trying to do, Alan. I understand you strongly oppose my beliefs and views, but I hope you will try to see things not as I see them, but as you perceive them—how they truly are. I am not recruiting followers for my beliefs; I love humanity and wish to see people free, as Jesus envisioned”.

Yes, this isn’t genuine progress; we all recognize that. However, these revelations raise new questions. I’ve never heard anyone discuss these topics in any church, John. That’s why it’s so hard to understand. If this is truly correct, how can we return to, as you put it, our pure origins?

“Well, if I should preach this in your church, they would most likely throw me out. You see, I am not recruiting new soldiers for my beliefs, dear Alan. I love God’s creation and I love Man. My heart goes out to people who are so deceived that they no longer know who they really are. I want to bring them the truth, the truth that will set them free.”

Yes, Alan, there is a way back, but it begins with us. We must walk and speak in God’s love and light. First, we need to change our mindset—what you might call renewing the mind—and then change will follow, because Proverbs says, “AS A MAN THINKS IN HIS HEART SO IS HE.” As long as we focus on survival, chasing the highest-paying job, the best education, and staying busy with stuff, true change won’t happen. But if we align our thoughts with God’s, transformation is possible”.

“Unfortunately, I wish I could say more, but I need to leave now. My wife is waiting for me in town, and we have other plans”.

“Yes, I understand, John. Sorry for keeping you here so long, and I truly appreciate the time you’ve given me. I have more questions about the topics you wrote in your articles. I wish you could share more about our education system and its issues, whether Jesus truly taught about reincarnation, why the birth of a new Man on earth is so significant, and many other questions close to my heart. Perhaps we can discuss these another time?”

I’d love to help, Alan, but you have many things to consider first. What I shared with you now are insights I’ve gathered over the past two decades, and you received them in just a few hours. However, you can always visit my website (www.dvineliving.org) to learn more about specific topics.

“Yes, thanks. I will do that, and I can promise you this. I will do some research of my own, think about these revelations, and search within myself for answers as well.”

Thank you, Alan. I’m really glad to hear that. While we may have differing opinions, we can still choose to walk in love with each other. Once everyone becomes consciously aware of these truths, the world will change entirely.

“Do you know Alan what is the greatest gift the Creator has given to Man?

“Was that Jesus?”

“No, but Jesus also manifested this gift. This gift is the energy of LOVE!” Jesus walked perfectly in that love. Let us keep on walking in that energy of love, even if we tend to differ in opinions.”

“Okay, thanks John, and I appreciate you for making the time to come and see me and explain this to me.”

“Thank you for the invitation and your lovely coffee, Alan”

“You are welcome, until next time.”

GOSPEL OF THOMAS 43:

“His disciples said to him, “Who are you, that you should say these things to us?”

Jesus said to them, “You do not realize who I am from what I say to you, but you have become like the Jews, for they (either) love the tree and hate its fruit (or) love the fruit and hate the tree.”
